Evian felt her skin longing for recoil with his arm about her waiste- she didn't like this kind of mock-intamicy with someone she hadn't really taken to, even if she thought him a sort of reasonably tollerable companion... Though she countered her instinct, and shivered herself closer to him, taking a delicate hand of hers and resting it softly about the one he had clasped about her...
Feeling obligated to prod forth a conversation from him, but unsure how she ought to sound... Perhaps she should still be frilled with girlish enthusiasm that he and she were dating, or stay cool and content... He hadn't dated before her, so perhaps her self-imposed standards could be relaxed- she doubted he had any real expectations of her conduct...
Still, she gave a delighted giggle and stole closer to him, saying, keeping her voice in a soft glow of happiness:
"Oh, Hunter, thank you for... going out with me, I would never have been brave enough to ask you myself. What made you do it?"
Hm... well, that was... weak, she'd admit, but it would have to do...

Hunter looked down at Evian with a look of being ashamed on his face.
“I have liked you since the first time we talked as first years Evian. My whole life was based around growing powerful enough to impress you.” Hunter’s face grew red at this confession, but he continued. “Once my parents died, I further developed this power for use on the people who killed them. But with those emotions, I have always liked you throughout it all, and with us spending time together the past couple times I felt that I should just act upon the one constant emotion throughout the years, my liking for you, before we leave school.” Hunter looked away from Evian, sure that he had made a fool of himself, but he had kept his mind enough to underplay his feelings for her.

Evian felt her throat clench uncomfortable, her limbs seizing for a snapped second, her need to recoil thickening in her- so he had been crushing on her devotedly since the begining of first year? Well... not only did she find that slightly stalker-esq, but the idea that he would focus his life around becoming powerful enough for her was... almost sickening; what the hell had she gotten herself into...
However, perhaps she was being a bit harsh with him- after all, he had harbored all of this affection for her, perhaps she should be gentler... It was, after all, a little flattering, and she had to admit: he had good taste, yes?
She eased herself back into breath, and, unable to eliminate her pasty expression, smiled breezily at him, watering her eyes until they shown with affection, and, said:
"That's so sweet of you... Oh, Hunter- you get another kiss for that, come here." She giggled gesturing for him to come closer; it was the only natrual response she could come up with... Regretfully....

Hunter smiled down at Evian, taking the odd look on her face as shock and nothing more. She confirmed this theory when she ordered him to kiss her again, though this time he decided to do something different. Instead of leaning down and kissing her, he would lift her to him and kiss her well holding her.
Hunter hugged Evian closer to his body, and before she could protest he lifted her to meet his lips, this time taking the initiative himself. He held her in this position for several long seconds that seemed like a blissful eternity to Hunter. When Hunter released Evian he set her lightly on the ground, and smiled at her. He did not put pressure enough on her to hurt her throughout this whole time.

Evian placed her fingers lightly on the back of his neck as he kissed her, feeling herself warm as she did so- and, then, being propped lightly back unto her feet, giggled off her light disgust and said,
"Thank you, Hunter. Now, let's go." She laughed again, and made to slip her hand into is.
Well, picking her up- that would have been charming if that wasn't coming from him... Well, she'd have to learn to like Hunter, she might as well except the slight endearing qualities he had and exaggerate them to herself- ignorance, she found, was bliss, and as long as she didn't know how terrible Hunter was.... perhaps denile was going to be her best friend in this situation...
She tugged her coat closer, suddenly filled with chill, and decided that, once she got ahold of his hand, she would slip beneath his arm; if he could be good for anything, it would be to keep her warm... At least he could serve that purpose to her- she was in more danger now then when she had come to him seeking protection; she had really made a mess of things this time...

Hunter smiled at Evian and allowed her to slip her hand into his. As they started forward, nearing the gates that marked the exit of the school. Hunter felt a slight shiver from Evian and, releasing her hand, wrapped a arm around her shoulders pulling her closer to his body, and warmth.
Hunter noted what he had done, and admired the changes in his behavior in just one hour of dating Evian. He has gone from secretly crushing on a girl, to asking her out, to kissing her, and holding her closer to him, all things that he never would have dreamed of doing before.
As they walked through the gates, Filch scowled at them, marking their names on the list of those who are allowed off campus.

Evian stepped through the gate, beginging to realize that, if she was seen with Hunter, there might be some sort of contriversy... She could easily say she was using him, but she would have to assure that word would not get back to him... Well, she'd cross that bridge when it came- for now, she ought to focus on keeping the boy entertained...
"So, Hunter, am I going to have to always ask you to kiss me?" She teased neatly, her eyes glossing with humor, "Or are you going to do it yourself?"
She slid her hand and tucked it around the arm that he had clasped about her shoulders- she would need to make it very, very clear she was kidding....
She added a giggle to her charade, her fingers coming, again, to her lips as she laughed, and decided that this, though a definite risk, might be good for her... she would need to know to what extent she could push Hunter's humor, she didn't want to accidently offend him...

Hunter smiled down at Evian, noting it as humor. “Of course not Evian, it is just that I am new to this whole ‘dating’ thing…” Hunter grinned down at Evian again and decided that her statement may have been a invitation for him to kiss her again.
More nervous then before he leant down and gave her a quick peck on the lips, and then stood strait again as they stepped onto the boardwalk in front of the Three Broomsticks. As they neared the door Hunter quickened his step and opened the door for Evian to enter. He smiled at her, with admiration in his eyes as she neared him.

Evian felt herlself giggle darkly as he opened the door, saying, in her frilled, silly little voice, murmured,
"Oh, thank you, Hunter," and slipped into the room, slivering through the neat, sweetsmelling tavern, shivering through the people and wafting softly to a stop at the bar.
"Could I get two butterbeers, please?" She watched the bartender fizz the drinks to a fill, and clasped the glass in her hand, fighting the urge to ask Hunter to pay- she made a show of leafing her hand into her purse, hoping that Hunter would notice and stop her from paying... IF he couldn't please her emotionally, then he might as well serve a purpouse with his galleons...
She skanned the rest of the bar, still dashing about to see if anyone she knew was there....So far, it was still clear of children her year no one she reconized was there- thank goodness... She didn't think she could satisy them and Hunter simotaniously...

“Don’t worry Evian; the drinks are on me, of course.” Hunter reached his hand into his pocket and withdrew a galleon. Paying the barkeep for the drinks, he took Evian’s free hand and led her towards a empty table that had no one near it. This, Hunter felt, was the more romantic spot for what he was considering their first date, besides for the fact that being isolated appealed to him.
Hunter’s eyes scanned the room, noting where all the threats were, just in case. He saw no students that were in their year, which he preferred for they would probley be staring at him and Evian in disbelief, not only is he the most hated kid in school, but he is now eating with a popular one, who knows what they will say when they find out Evian is dating him.

"Oh, no, Hunter, really, you shouldn't have..." she murmered weekly, her mouth folding into a small smirk despite herself. Allowing Hunter to float her over to the table, she settled herself into a seat and fluttered one leg over the other, her arms folding over her chest- she forced her smug expression off her face and clasped one of the foaming glasses, bringing it slowly to her lips and smiling. She giggled neatly at Hunter, and chirped, "Thank you for the drink, I hope this won't become a normalcy for you." In truth, she did, however... well, he didn't need to know that.
Looking cooly about the room, keeping her eyes bright with enthusiasm, despite her cold dispostion. Still, no one she knew in sight, but she would need some sort of escape route, just in case... Well, it was vagually crowded, and if she waited long enough, perhaps she could intice Hunter into leaving with a "it's too crowded here, let's get out of here" or... At any rate, she could not afford to degrade the reputation she had worked so hard to build and polish

James was sitting at a table by himself, sipping on a butterbeer. All of his friends were off doing something else, but James had decided to stay to himself this day. As he sat, staring out the window, at nothing in particular he saw a sight he never expected. Hunter, the most hated, and feared, person at Hogwarts was walking with a fairly popular Slytherin named Evian. This odd coupling sparked James’ interest and he continued to watch them, all the way into the bar. After they ordered their drinks, Hunter grabbed Evian’s hand and lead her through the small crowd. As they neared him James did something moronic, he forgot to think.
“I wonder how crazy Evian is to be seen socializing with a guy like him.” He said this out load, a grave mistake. A mistake that he instantly realized, and cursed himself for. James watched as Evian sat, praying Hunter hadn’t heard him. But removed his wand from his pocket anyways.

As Hunter walked Evian to their seats a stupid Hufflepuff boy insulted Evian. This was an unforgivable crime in Hunter’s mind, and deserved torture as punishment. As Evian sat down, showing no signs of hearing they boy, Hunter drew his wand.
“I have to take care of that boy Evian.” Hunter’s voice was full of Anger.
Hunter turned to face the boy, with his wand in his right hand and proceeded to take the several steps towards the boy.
“You are going to pay for that statement boy!” Hunter roared at the other student. With a quick flicker of his wand tip, Hunter had summoned the flame which he had never revealed as a fighting weapon to anyone but Evian. Instead of it only covering his hand, or remaining a spark, Hunter’s whole body was engulfed in flame. At which point the majority of the crowd had stopped their talking, and retreated to a safe spot to watch the fight, or leaving, as most adults were doing.
Hunter laughed loudly, for the fight was already won.

Evian snapped to her feet, feeling her throat tense with panic, her hands fluttering with fear and earnesty and she flushed toward Hunter. This was dangerous- not only for everyone in the tavern, but for her reputation as well (which, of course, was more important to her then a single life present, excluding her own). At his side, she moved to let a hand fall to his arm or shoulder- she realized quickly that she couldn't touch his skin, and let her hand drift to her side helplessly. So, instead of touch, she would use her voice as a means to control him: "Hunter," she crooned, "Really, don't do this, I'm not offended. Come on, let's get out of here." Thinking this might not sedate his anger, she said, "His comment wasn't worth it, and..." realizing this would hardly satisfy, she added quickly, "We're friends, don't hurt him, I'm partial to him." Hoping that this would spark calm instead of jealousy, she felt herself unable to fight the annoyed glint of her expression that she dawned when her orders where not being followed. Her voice, however, ought to cover for her- it was as gentle and loving as she had been the entirity of the day... What she really ought to worry about was how she would explain this away to her friends when it was over; surely, they would hear rumors about something this large happening, and to hear that she was amoung the company of the man who spurraticly burst into flame, and then tried to coo him out of his fury... Well, she could play the hero- that would allow her to explain why she hung out with him the rest of the day: she could be pretending to calm him for the remander of it...

James jumped to his feet when Hunter turned around. The older boy advanced on James, who trembling at this time, and was chanting the word “Sorry” hoping this would be the one time Hunter shows mercy, the odds of that happening were slim to none in anyone's eyes.
When Hunter burst into flame, James backed away several steps, and hit a wall. Evian ran up to Hunter and started trying to reason with him. This James was hoping would work and he turned to walk away, avoiding tables and chairs, his wand still clutched in one trembling hand. The crowd in front of him parted, avoiding being where they were sure Hunter's attacks were going to come
